The Learning Experience Groundbreaking of New Andover Location
Breaking Ground on Brighter Futures in
North Andover:
I was pleased to join Representative
Tram Nguyen, Assistant Town Manager Andrew Shapiro, the Merrimack Valley
Chamber of Commerce, the Stukel Construction team, and our friends from The
Learning Experience — including Bubbles the Elephant! — to celebrate
the groundbreaking of their new North Andover location.
This new daycare center will be a
wonderful addition to the community, creating opportunities for children to
learn, grow, and thrive in a fun and supportive environment.

making this exciting project a reality!
