Fuel Assistance Program Applications Open

Assistance is available to help manage your energy bills.
Applications for LIHEAP are open as of October 1, 2025.
We recognize that you may be experiencing challenges in
paying your bill and we are here for you with payment assistance programs.
Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)
LIHEAP, also known as fuel assistance, is a federal grant
program that can help income-eligible households pay their energy bills.

can find on the MASSCAP website:

Call the Massachusetts Heat Line toll-free at 1-800-632-8175
Discount Rate Information
You may qualify for a discounted rate on your gas bill if
you are enrolled in an eligible benefit program or receive a LIHEAP grant.
Eligibility is based on household size and annual household income.
