Environment & Climate One Stop (ECO One Stop) Expressions of Interest (EOI) for CZM Grants Due October 28!

Submit your ECO One Stop Expression of Interest for the next round of Coastal Resilience and Coastal Habitat and Water Quality Grants now through October 28.

The Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs (EEA) has launched the new Environment & Climate One Stop (ECO One Stop) to simplify the grant application process for climate resilience and environmental projects in Massachusetts.

By consolidating multiple applications into one streamlined process, ECO One Stop allows applicants to apply to multiple grants through a single application.

For Fiscal Year 2027, the applications for both Massachusetts Office of Coastal Zone Management (CZM) grant programs—Coastal Resilience and the Coastal Habitat and Water Quality—will be part of ECO One Stop.

A key component of ECO One Stop is the optional, but highly recommended, Expression of Interest (EOI). Submitting an EOI allows applicants to provide a summary of their project idea and receive early feedback from relevant grant program staff before the formal application period begins in early 2026.

EOIs are due by October 28 at 11:59 p.m. and can be submitted through this simple online form: https://www.mass.gov/info-details/eco-expression-of-interest

Potential applicants can submit up to four EOIs (i.e., four project ideas).

For additional information, see the new ECO One Stop website, which also includes an FAQ page:

The Request for Responses (RFR) for ECO One Stop—which will serve as the RFR for both CZM Coastal Resilience and Coastal Habitat and Water Quality Grants—will be released in early 2026.

Applications will be submitted through EEA’s Grants Management System (GMS): https://greenhub.appianportals.com/applicants-portal
