Seafaring Soirée 50th Anniversary Gala
Thank you to the Custom House Maritime Museum Newburyport
for inviting me to serve as Celebrity Auctioneer at their Seafaring Soirée 50th
Anniversary Gala — a fantastic celebration of maritime history, community, and
generosity! ⚓️
The evening’s “Raise-a-Paddle” auction supported the
Museum’s Discovery Center initiatives for children and youth, including:
⚓Internship program
⚓️Visits by schools at no charge
⚓️Visits by non-profit social
service groups (YWCA, Salvation Army)
⚓️2nd year of programming with
Boys & Girls Club of Lower Merrimack Valley in Salisbury
⚓️New STEM-learning interactive
displays
⚓️Installation of digital
displays
Thank you to the Custom House Maritime Museum for preserving
our region’s proud maritime heritage — and for inviting me to play a part in
such an inspiring and enjoyable evening for all!
