Since 1998, the Retailers Association of Massachusetts
Awards of Excellence (RAMAEs) have honored outstanding retailers and
restaurants that make our communities vibrant — from small-town favorites to
long-standing local landmarks.
Created by retail expert Rick Segel, the RAMAEs recognize
creativity, enthusiasm, and exceptional service across the Commonwealth. These
awards highlight the hardworking small business owners and employees who go
above and beyond every day.
I encourage everyone to nominate a deserving local business
for the 2025 RAMAEs — whether it’s your favorite restaurant, boutique,
bookshop, or family-run store.
