Congratulations to Frank J. West, Sr. on his well-earned retirement following 16 years of distinguished service to the United States Air Force.
Frank was honored during a retirement ceremony at the Minuteman Commons Ballroom at Hanscom Air Force Base, recognizing his dedicated service as a Financial Specialist with the Nuclear C3 Integration Directorate at the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center.
I was honored to present Frank with an official Massachusetts Senate citation recognizing his years of commitment, professionalism, and service to our nation. His contributions to the important mission of the United States Air Force and his dedication to public service are deeply appreciated.
