Congratulations to Dr. Michael Sarraf and Serena Low on being named this year's recipients of the Rotary Club of Gloucester's Paul Harris Distinguished Service Award.
Each year, the Gloucester Rotary Club recognizes individuals whose extraordinary service, leadership, and commitment have made a lasting difference in our community. The Paul Harris Distinguished Service Award is Rotary's highest local honor, celebrating those who embody the spirit of "Service Above Self."
The award dinner, held at Cruiseport Gloucester, was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate Dr. Sarraf and Serena Low for their remarkable contributions and unwavering dedication to making Gloucester a stronger, more compassionate community.
