Congratulations to Biancaliz Perez on being selected as a recipient of the prestigious Christian A. Herter Memorial Scholarship!
Biancaliz, a constituent of the First Essex and Middlesex District and a student at Pingree School, was recognized for her perseverance, leadership, and academic promise.
Our Communications Director, Jessica Margiotta, was pleased to present Biancaliz with an official Massachusetts Senate Citation on my behalf in recognition of this outstanding achievement.
Named in honor of former Massachusetts Governor Christian A. Herter, the Herter Scholarship Program recognizes exceptional students who have overcome significant challenges and demonstrates their commitment to academic excellence and future success.
