The latest independent water quality monitoring from the Merrimack River Watershed Council (through July 4th AM) shows improving conditions in some areas, while elevated bacteria levels remain in others.
As illustrated in the chart below, conditions continue to vary by location. Before swimming or recreating, be sure to check your local board of health for the latest advisories and beach conditions.
