'State to install hundreds of wrong-way driver detection systems after trooper killed in April crash'

"Legislators began drafting the measure after Dailey’s death last summer. It will “signify our statutory commitment to what is happening here today,” said state Senator Bruce Tarr, a Gloucester Republican who sponsored the budget amendment, speaking during Wednesday’s announcement."
