Temporary Closure of Route 133
Closure in place due to downed utility pole
GLOUCESTER– The Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) is announcing that Route 133 is currently closed in both directions at 493 Essex Avenue in Gloucester due to a downed utility pole. This closure is expected to remain in place for several hours.
Drivers are advised to seek alternative routes and avoid the area if possible.
