Today we honor the brave Americans who endured captivity as
prisoners of war and those who remain missing in action. Their courage,
sacrifice, and the uncertainty carried by their families remind us of the true
cost of freedom.
On this day, and every day, we must ensure that their
service is never forgotten and their memory always upheld. Let us stand
together in gratitude and remembrance.
