United States Army's 250th birthday
Today, we salute the United States Army on its 250th birthday — a milestone marking two and a half centuries of service, sacrifice, and steadfast commitment to defending our nation and its freedoms.
Since its founding on June 14, 1775, the Army has played a vital role in preserving liberty and protecting the values we hold dear. We are forever grateful to all who have worn the uniform — past and present — and to the families who stand beside them.
