Civics in The State House
On Wednesday, June 4th, I had the pleasure of welcoming 8th grade students from Ipswich Middle School to the Massachusetts State House.
Alongside my House colleague Kristin Kassner State Representative 2nd Essex District, we had the opportunity to share insights into the workings of state government and highlight the importance of civic engagement.
Visits like these not only bring the lessons of the classroom to life, but also help to inspire a deeper understanding of public service and the legislative process among our future leaders.
