📢 Tarr Announces the Local Early and Actionable Planning (LEAP) Program Awardees 📢
Congratulations to the Local Early and Actionable Planning (LEAP) Program recipients who are benefitting from this year’s grants, awarded by @massdot's Office of Transportation Planning. The total investment for this program in our community this year is a portion of $1,000,000.
LEAP supports municipalities (particularly rural and underserved communities) by providing early-stage transportation planning and design assistance to help advance local priority projects.

This inaugural cohort includes 21 communities statewide, with projects ranging from traffic calming and safety analyses to sidewalk, shared-use path, and Complete Streets design. Selected communities will receive direct planning and engineering support from MassDOT and its consultant partners.
