📢 Tarr Announces FY27 Community One Stop for Growth Awardees 📢
Congratulations to the Community One Stop for Growth recipients who are benefitting from this year's grants, awarded by the Executive Office of Economic Development and the Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities. The total investment for this program in our community this year is $9,802,127.
The Community One Stop for Growth is the Executive Office of Economic Development’s streamlined application process, providing access to economic development and housing grant programs. The One Stop consists of 14 different grant programs that fund projects related to community capacity building, planning and zoning, site preparation, building construction, and infrastructure. The popular MassWorks program is the largest grant program in the One Stop portfolio.
The Commonwealth has granted One Stop awards for projects in 319 of the 351 Massachusetts municipalities, covering 90% of the state. This includes awards in all 26 Gateway Cities and 165 of the state's 181 rural communities.
