I was pleased to join Lois, her family, friends, and caregivers at Oceanside Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Rockport to recognize this extraordinary milestone and present her with an official Senate Citation and Governor’s Proclamation.
It was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate a century of life, memories, and contributions.
