I was pleased to join city officials, community leaders, and members of the Gloucester community for the groundbreaking of the new Water Pollution Control Facility located on Essex Avenue.
This project is an important investment in Gloucester’s infrastructure and in the city’s ability to manage its water and wastewater needs well into the future.
It was good to see so many people who have been involved in bringing this project forward come together to mark the start of construction.
