Gary LeBlanc's Retirement


Congratulations to Gary LeBlanc on his well-earned retirement after nearly two decades of dedicated service to the Town of Rockport, including the past five years as Director of Public Works.

Gary’s leadership, commitment, and steady hand helped guide critical infrastructure and public works efforts that residents rely on every day. His impact on the community—and the strong team he helped build—will be felt for years to come.
