Thank you to Mark Nestor's service as the Commander of Capt.
Lester S. Wass Post No. 3 Of the American Legion in Gloucester for the past 11
years!
During his tenure he has led the Post in service to veterans
and has given back to the greater Gloucester community.
I was honored to present him with an official Senate
Citation marking this momentous occasion as he retires from his post.
