Affordable Homes Act Signed Into Law By Healey
Last week on Tuesday August 6th, 2024, An Act relative to
the Affordable Homes Act (H.4977), also known as the Affordable Homes Act, was
signed into law by Governor Maura Healey.
Six of my amendments that were adopted in the Senate’s
version (S.2834) of H.4977 were included in the final conference committee
report that has now become law.
