State Funding to Fight the Coronavirus

The State Senate and the House of Representatives today enacted a bill which allocates $15 million for monitoring, treatment, containment, public awareness and prevention efforts against the Coronavirus by the Department of Public Health, regional and local boards of health and other public health entities. The bill, H.4561, was adopted with an emergency preamble and will immediately take effect upon the Governor's signing.
