Rep. Jones and Sen. Tarr Applaud Passage of MassAbility Bill
“The stigmatizing terms addressed by this bill have no place
in our state laws, and removing them is both important and overdue,” said
Senator Tarr. “The legislation ensures that the name of this state agency
properly reflects its mission, and that our statutes accurately characterize
the goal of state government of supporting those with challenges to live life
to its fullest potential.”
