Retirement Gathering For Sergeant Howard M. Adams
At a recent event with the Newburyport Police Department many gathered to wish Sergeant Adams a long and happy retirement. Colleagues, friends, members of the community and family members came together to extend offer thanks to Howie for his nearly three decades of public service to the City of Newburyport. I presented him with an official State Senate Citation to recognize his career in public safety and public service. With Mayor Donna D. Holaday, Representative James Kelcourse, Former Essex County Sheriff Frank G. Cousins Jr.
