Recognizing Firefighter Ishi King's Firefighter Training
Firefighter Ishi King, as a member of the Gloucester Fire Department, fulfilled all the requirements of his rigorous training this year at the Massachusetts Fire Academy. He was among 23 Firefighters to graduate from the academy’s Career Recruit Firefighter Training Program Class 293 earlier this year. I was happy to congratulate Firefighter King on his achievement and wish him a successful career in his service. Firefighters face many risks and challenges and the training and skill development they receive, in the academy and with their colleagues, is vital to us all.
