Alert: Registry of Motor Vehicles Will Suspend Online Services For The Weekend of the 13th and 14th Vehicle Inspections Suspended
Beginning Saturday, November 13 at 1:00 AM to Sunday, November 14, 12:00 PM, the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles will be unavailable for Web-based online service while they implement a new infrastructure platform. During this time no Web transactions, no myRMV online transactions, and no online access to the RMV system will be available. This will mean that no inspection stations will be open to inspect any vehicles.
The RMV has notified their business partners including inspection stations and electronic vehicle registration partners, of the system change. They system upgrades are expected to help better manage service delivery.
