Wenham and Rowley Memorial Day Observations 2019
The Wenham ceremony began with the Decoration of the Memorial Stone and G.A.R. Memorial - Alan B. Cheeseman Memorial followed by a gathering at the American Legion Headquarters. The parade formed, we marched to the Veteran’s Memorial, the Civil War Memorial and continued to the Wenham Cemetery.
The Rowley Board of Selectmen and VFW Post 5707 hosted a ceremony and parade which started at the VFW. Ceremonies were held at both the cemetery and at the Civil War Memorial at the Common.
