Capone Iron Corporation in Rowley receives the Massachusetts Manufacturing Award
On 11/18, I joined with Representatives Jamie Belsito and Lenny Mirra, and Representative Jeff Roy, the House Chair of the legislature's Manufacturing Caucus, for the presentation to Capone Iron Corporation in Rowley of the caucus' Massachusetts Manufacturing Award. The award was presented to Stephen Capone, President of Capone Iron Corporation, and his brother Gary.
Capone Iron Corporation is a family-run business that truly
deserves this recognition - the company is a Massachusetts manufacturer of
structural steel products that provides employment and economic benefits
for our region and our state and does so with particular attention to its
employees and operating procedures that are sensitive to the environment.
President Steven Capone has been a passionate advocate for
state and federal policies that support manufacturing in Massachusetts and the
United States, and it is a pleasure to work with him on those issues and
others.

recognition that is well deserved!
