I said 'yes' when asked if I would be a judge of the Greater Cape Ann Chamber of Commerce Essex Clam Chowder Festival. I'm glad I did. The festival at Shepard Memorial Park in Essex was fantastic with amazing food, including chowder, crafts, entertainment, vendors, brews, and lots of people having fun. The Chowder Tasting Competition was competitive featuring deCKlyns, J.T. Farnhams, Lobsta Land Restaurant, THE FARM Bar & Grille, Ripple On The Water Essex, and Woodman's of Essex. Ask me again.
