The Passing of Brian Tarr
My oldest brother Brian Tarr passed away a week ago from Sunday leaving the family and community that he loved and a legacy that has touched the lives of thousands. Brian will long be remembered as a dedicated public servant, an educator, and a strong contributor to our community.
