Please tune in to tonight’s Fox 25 News broadcast at 6:00pm where
I will be speaking with News Anchor Maria Stephanos regarding the race for the
open U.S. Senate seat vacated by Senator John Kerry.
Also at 6:00pm I will be featured on NECN’s Broadside with

Recent Media Appearances
On Wednesday evening I had the opportunity to be a guest on NECN’s “Broadside” with host Jim Braude. I discussed with Jim and Attorney Edward Ryan the latest decision by a U.S. District Court that ruled in favor of convicted murderer Michelle Kosilek requiring the Department of Corrections to provide gender-reassignment surgery. One the Air with NECN
On Sunday I was interviewed by NECN Reporter John Moroney at the State Fish Pier in Gloucester, MA about the early forecasts suggesting that there will be deep cuts to the groundfish fishing quotas for next year. This is extremely troubling, especially for the City of Gloucester, which has already lost a significant number of boats to its groundfishing fleet.

Working to Save Plum Island
With heavy rainfall from this past month, Plum Island has now been declared a state of emergency due to extreme sand erosion. At this very moment four houses are in jeopardy of collapsing into the ocean. Since this morning, I have been on the island working with local, state and federal officials to address this dire issue.

Yesterday’s Media Appearances
Yesterday I had the opportunity to be a guest political analyst on Fox 25’s morning news segment “Tolman and Gray”. Boston City Councilor Michael Ross and I discussed the GOP presidential primary race and the Hard Rock CafĂ© International Group’s interest in operating a casino in western Massachusetts.
Later in the day I also made a guest appearance on NECN’s “Broadside” where I discussed with Representative Straus and host Jim Braude the status of the expanded gaming legislation.

Yesterday’s Media Appearances
Yesterday I had the opportunity to be a guest political analyst on Fox 25’s morning news segment “Tolman and Gray”. Former state senator Warren Tolman and I discussed the instability of the stock market and the possible effects it might have on the U.S. economy. We also discussed the need to strengthen the habitual traffic offender law.
Later in the day I also made a guest appearance on NECN’s “Broadside” where I was interviewed by special guest host Chet Curtis. Chet and I focused our discussion on the need to remove habitual traffic offenders from our streets, the current Massachusetts’ habitual traffic offender law and the necessity to strengthen it now.

Also posted below is a report by Chris Cassidy of the Boston Herald which details a bill that I’m proposing that would provide the registrar of motor vehicles with the necessary tools to lengthen the suspensions and provide possible lifetime bans of habitual traffic offenders.
