Mass Cultural Council Festivals Program Grants Awarded
The #PowerOfCulture is vitally important to Massachusetts, we have an impressive and valuable cultural community that needs nurturing and support - particularly as we combat this pandemic. So, I am happy to share that several organizations in the Senate district that I represent were awarded funds for their festivals.
This year's festivals will take several forms - some will be completely virtual and others will continue in-person, but with public health guidelines. Lets's support the creators.
Five Ponds Festival, Wenham
Five Ponds Creative Writing Festival: to support Five Ponds Creative Writing Festival with the production, promotion and/or development of festival audiences.
North Andover Youth & Recreation Services, North Andover
North Andover Summer Common Shows: to support North Andover Summer Common Shows with the production, promotion and/or development of festival audiences.
Rockport Illumination Fund, Rockport
Rockport Illumination Weekend: to support Rockport Illumination Weekend with the production, promotion and/or development of festival audiences.
Windhover Foundation, Rockport
Windhover LIVE Summer Dance Festival: to support Windhover LIVE Summer Dance Festival with the production, promotion and/or development of festival audiences.
