North Andover's Betty Buturlia 100th Birthday
I very hardy congratulations to Ms. Elizabeth Buturlia of North Andover for celebrating her 100th birthday.
Betty reached the centennial milestone last month and I was very pleased to share with her a Senate Citation recognizing her accomplishment in entering a second century of life.
