"State Senate Minority Leader Bruce Tarr, R-Gloucester, took the time to give remarks in both English and Italian, as he does every year.

“The fact is we are blessed to have each other; we are blessed to have this community. We are blessed to live in a place for 98 years where we have been able to get together in the town square and give thanks to St. Peter and give thanks to each other,” Tarr said."
