Pancakes for a cause
This past Saturday morning saw another edition of the Gloucester Rotary Pancake Breakfast at Stage Fort Park during the Gloucester Waterfront Festival. A threatening rain storm did nothing to dampen the tremendous enthusiasm everyone has for this event.
I was happy to join in the effort by cooking pancakes for a great fundraising tradition that generates funds for the Rose Baker Senior Center, North Shore Health Project, and Cape Ann YMCA Teen Leaders.
Thanks to the Gloucester Rotary Club for a wonderful morning of bringing people together in the spirit of helping these important causes in our community!
