On Saturday, December 7th, 2024, the Plum Island Taxpayers Associates' Christmas Fair brought holiday cheer to the Town of Newbury, MA!

The event featured incredible local artists and crafters, festive Christmas trees and wreaths, delicious food, and a special visit from Santa. 

It was a joy to see the community come together to celebrate the season and support local talent. A big thank you to the organizers and everyone who joined in to make the day so memorable!

I was delighted to attend Salisbury's Annual Lighting of the Tree held at the town Common on Tuesday, December 3rd, 2024

Amazing time had by all listening to the Victorian carolers, enjoying festive treats, and participating in the EPIC snowball fight!

Thank you to the Salisbury Chamber of Commerce and the Salisbury Parks and Recreation Department for organizing such a wonderful event.

In case you missed it, this past Saturday marked the 25th annual Lobster Trap Tree Lighting on Harbor Loop!

Wreaths Across America

Wreaths Across America Remembering The Fallen And Honoring Those who Served

This weekend I attended ceremonies in Georgetown, North Andover and Rowley to remember the fallen - those men and women who served our country. Volunteers took part in services across our district that involved placing wreaths on individual veterans' graves.

As a component of the national Wreaths Across America USNA Day, which now coordinates more than 2,500 events, we assembled to pay our respects and honor those no longer with us.

Kent Circle Tree Lighting in Gloucester

On December 1st, 2024, we celebrated the 30th anniversary of the Kent Circle Tree Lighting in the city of Gloucester, MA!

Many thanks to all the volunteers, performers, and local officials who made this event so special, including Brent "Ringo" Tarr who started it all 30 years ago.

Sea of Trees Festival in Salisbury

Another year, another incredible Sea Festival of Trees in Salisbury!

I was honored to speak at this year's opening ceremonies program and was blown away by the creativity from donors, amazing support from sponsors, and a true sense of community spirit. This year's trees were dazzling and unforgettable creating a festive atmosphere for all.
