Eagle Court of Honor For Finnian T. Carlson
Representative Hill and I joined with Finnian T. Carlson of Manchester-by-the-Sea to recognize his accomplishment in attaining the highest rank in Boy Scouts - Eagle, at his Eagle Court of Honor. In attendance were his family, friends, members and supporters of Troop 3 and others from the community including Selectboard member, Becky Jaques. Tom Kehoe was the Master of Ceremonies.
