Media Alert: Tarr Talks with Michele McPhee Regarding Dog Licensing Fee Hikes
On Monday, September 22nd I had the chance to talk with Michele McPhee of 96.9 WTKK Radio about a piece of legislation that was filed by one of my Senate colleagues that is making its way through the State House. Senate Bill 2120, “An Act Further Regulating Animal Control” seeks to place an additional $3 surcharge on top of your town’s dog licensing fee.
