Capt. Lester Wass American Legion Post 3
On this Easter, we gathered in Gloucester at the Capt. Lester S. Wass American Legion Post 3, as they prepared and distributed 300 meals. I am truly honored today to have been named the first recipient of an award that honors the memory of a great man and United States Navy veteran - Representative Anthony Verga. His contributions to our region and in particular to our veterans are well-known and inspiring. To be given the Anthony Verga Award is something I will value forever.
