The Administration Responds –Part II
In the letter posted below Secretary Gonzalez provides some further information. Particularly noteworthy is the affirmation the Commonwealth does face a budget gap for the next fiscal year (FY 2012) and an acknowledgement that the budget for the current year was not initially in balance and that some accounts were and are highly dependent on federal revenue sources which may not be available in the future.
