It was a truly special moment to celebrate Mr. McCarthy’s courage, sacrifice, and dedication — a lifetime of commitment that continues to inspire us all.
Thank you to Vee and Brian at Cape Ann Veterans Services and Brenna at Seacoast for coordinating this visit to ensure he was surrounded by family and friends for this commemorative citation presentation.
Veterans like him remind us of the freedoms we enjoy and the debt we owe to those who answered the call to serve.
