Meeting with Suffolk University Master of Public Administration and Law Students

It was a pleasure to meet with Suffolk University Master of Public Administration and Law students during their recent visit last week to the State House for their State Public Policy Seminar Course.

Guided by Assistant Professor Doug Gutro of the Moakley Center for Public Management at Suffolk University, these graduate students are preparing to lead the next generation of public service.

We had an engaging discussion about my role as Senate Minority Leader, how we work across the aisle and with the Governor to shape policy, and the priorities driving our legislative work in the new session.

As a Suffolk University alumnus, I was honored to participate in meeting with students again this year and look forward to continuing this important dialogue.
