Yesterday (8/9) I joined with Newburyport Mayor Reardon, Representative Shand, Kelly Bovio from Congressman Moulton's office. and other local officials for the groundbreaking for the expansion of Market Landing Park, which will transform this important piece of the City's waterfront.
