To join with the members of the Newbury Police Department, Newbury employees, State Rep. Lenny Mirra, and others in celebrating the end of the long career of Chief Reilly was a pleasure. Yesterday was his last service day and I presented him with an official Massachusetts Senate Citation and a framed photo of the State House taken from in front of my office.
Chief Reilly served as #Newbury Harbor Master, the Emergency Management Director, and as an officer in the Police Department begging as a patrolman, DARE Officer, Sergeant, Lieutenant, and Chief. Job well done Chief.
