The Senate Ways and Means Committee released their proposal for the 2016 Fiscal Year.  In this video I am joined by Committee members Senator Don Humason, Senator Richard Ross, and Senator Vinny de Macedo, we discuss the budget debate which will begin on Tuesday May 19th.
